THE RV ENHANCEMENT TECHNIQUES MAY BE SUMMARIZED AS FOLLOWS:
(1) THE CODIFIED MULTISTAGE APPROACH TO DATA ACQUISITION
INHERENT IN THE RV ENHANCEMENT PROCEDURE APPEARS TO
"SLOW DOWN" THE INCOMING DATA SUCCESSFULLY, THEREBY
PROVIDING SOME SAFEGUARD AGAINST THE NATURAL
TENDENCIES OF THE REMOTE VIEWER TO INTERPRET AND
ANALYZE PREMATURELY.

We reported the city name Padua eight days prior to
his rescue.
Two days prior to the rescue, and without the name of
the city, an analyst was able to use our information
combined with other sources to brief CDR, SETAF to

- 40%, is the percentage of total information
provided by Remote Viewing, and represents that information
considered by the reviewing analyst to h of at least
good intelligence value" in higher.
- Incomparison to total Information collected
in any other system ( e. g., SIGINT, PHOTINT, ELINT)
40% is an extremely high return of valuable
information from the total collected.
Why are you able to satisfy one project with a single
session , Int need multiple sessions in others?

Why can't shill Filame information stand alone -
others do when that's all you've got. Is it
it's not as good?
- Grill Flame Information is of extreme
value, con when its alme; but decisions should
not W mode n estimates relied on, strictly from
G. F. Information, No other Information system
produces information which canh trusted any more
then GIF, when that information stand alone.
- Grill Filame information, as any other
information , when it is the only product available,
does provide muy valuable aid in targeting for
additional information through other collection systeme,

to statistical support of such collection methods.
Why can't this be improved ?
In the past the army project did not
pursue more ofacting evaluations for the following
mesmo :
1) The goods une different; the project
was establishing ability to collect" ve"accuracy"
2) We did not wish to appear is judging
our own required levels for support and thereby pursuing

If the army Grill Flame Collection program is
as valuable as I am leaving:
- Why have I not heard about it byne
now ?
- Why ain't the flag officer ( generale) in
attendance at Senate (Hose) committee meetings
defending it ? Knowlegalle of it?

to it, w why is there a questions concerning any
