1. A psychic named Nolan offered his services to CIDC
re the Dozier Case. Several messages transmitting
Nolan's input were sent from CIDC Wash to their
European elements. Nolan offered to travel to Rome
to assist. His offer was accepted and he departed
on/about 3 Jan. All of this transpired unbeknownst
to the Grill Flame bureaucracy. By the time I caught
up with it on 30 Dec, the info was passed to Europe as
well as Nolan's offer of assistance. CIDC agreed to
pass future 'psychic' info to me for evaluation and
possible dissemination to Dr. Vorona.
2. Nolan arrived in Rome on 4 Jan. He was passed to
