Approved For Release 2000/08/07 - GIA RDP96-00788R000500910001-7 TRANSCRIPT REMOTE VIEWING SESSION DCC-90 TIME #14: This will be a remote viewing session for 16 July 1981; mission time is 0900 hours. This will be a pre-mission brief. All right #01 your previous sessions against this particular target or project were very good. Your descriptions and stuff were accurate of a place, but the only problem we had was, it appears that you're going to the wrong building. There's a ... must be a complex there or something. So, when we start out today's session I will give you the building number, and the room number, and we'll work it from there. Any questions? #01: Okay . No. #14: Okay . PAUSE 0900 #14: All right #01, the time is now 9 o'clock. I want you to focus on the following geographic coordinate: SG1A I want you now to relax, project your consciousness to this part. PAUSE #01: Okay. #14: All right #01, I want you to go to SG1A SG1A #01: Yeah. SG1A #14: Now. I want you to enter this building and go to room in this building, and describe this room to me. Approved For Release 2000/08/0707JAARDR96-00788R000500910001-7 OLUNLT +02 #01: I got an impression of a large, open type room with a sectioned off areas ..... apparently, small office areas. Sectioned off areas are like ... done with dividers. PAUSE +03 +04 +05 #01: Get an impression this is a relatively new office. It's not a ... not been established very long. Good group of people there. Perhaps ten. I'm getting ..... standard office type furniture. Still getting forms of equipment. Not large equipment, but small. Like briefcase size types of equipment sitting on tables ... corners of desks. PAUSE +07 #01: Getting .... mirrors .... very strange, getting impression of mirrors .... and stacks of IBM runs. Like .... high-speed printer paper. Get an impression of a large, vault door. . I don't think it's a door to the room. I think it's inside the room. PAUSE #01: Getting what looks like a, looks a lot like desk top computers, but that's not what it is. It's designed like that --- with dials. See more than one, but I can't tell how many . ..... the impression of silver dials. +09 #14: Focus on the .... the vault door that you described. Tell me about what's beyond this vault door. #01: Okay. Just a minute. PAUSE #01: Getting a ...... getting things lining a wall. There's ... like separate groups of items that are identical. I'm not getting a just a minute. PAUSE +13 #01: It's like a special ..... like a .... it's like a special work area that's a sealed area. I'm getting some kind of a hot, cold feeling about it. There is apparatus here that are hot and cold. I keep seeing opening in the holes that ... are like carved from metal with sealed type tops. . I don't know how to explain that. It's like if you took a. block of metal and drill holes in it .... or carved holes in it and made formfitted tops ....... and there is like amplifier boxes, but they're stacked. Looked like they're all identical. It's clearly a room behind the vault door. ... .. controlled environment type room. Approved For Release 2000/08/FARCI 00 00788R000500910001-7 +14 #01: Silver cases. There's some silver case there. It's got banded (phonetic) silver cases. PAUSE . SG1A #14: Okay #01. Focus once again on Go back now to room 3-3-3. I want you to tell me about the purpose or the mission of this room. For example certain rooms have certain functions. Such as a living room, a bathroom or something like that. This is kind of what we're after. What is this room? #01: Okay . Just a minute. PAUSE +17 #01: (Mumble) . . . I get an impression it's like a controlled storage area for papers. I keep getting this ... this impression of safes and .... and these IBM runs .... whatever they are .... these stacks of papers. I keep shelves of manuals and shelves of booklets .... odd. shape, odd shaped booklets ... I .. left with an impression of a .... ah .... like a TSSCO type function ... a T-S-S-C-O type function. PAUSE That's all I'm getting about it. Okay. Tell me about the activity in this room. #01: #14: #01: That, people going over things, looking at papers .... not, I don't think it's essentially analyzing papers, but ... it's like that. It's not analyzation. It's more an evaluation than analyzing. It's readily apparent by looking at the papers what is meant. It's just an accumulation or evaluation. PAUSE #01: I think recommendations are made by the people in the room, based on these evaluations. SG1A #14: Okay #01, now, I want you to focus, focus, put all these things together, and focus on the function of this room. Again, for an example, this particular room, the function of this room right here is for remote viewing. The room in back, the function of that room is a lounge or rest area. I would like you to focus on the mission of that room. and determine a function, #01: Okay. Just a minute. 3 CCODET Approved For Release 2000/004_WWW RDP96-00788R000500910001-7 +18
Approved For Release 2000/08/ FORMIDO6-00788R000500910001-7 PAUSE +24 #01: The only thing I get doesn't fit. It's, I'm going to say what I'm getting. It's a operations area for a counter- intelligence type unit, and I don't know, I don't think that fits what I'm getting, but that's the only thing I'm getting. I don't. I just keep getting this. ... just desk or general office area with controlled documentation, pamphlets and records, and reference material and ....... like a research library of sorts, but. .... directly associated to operations .... ongoing operations. #14: All right #01, I would like you now to ask your greater consciousness if there had ever been any other remote viewers, any other remote viewers in this room. PAUSE +26 #01: Yes. I think there has been. I say yes because I feel like I'm being blocked from that. Very, very heavy feeling of block. #14: Okay. Focus on this feeling again, and determine whether this remote viewing presence that has at one time been in this room other than your own. I would like you to determine whether that presence is friendly or hostile. PAUSE +28 #01: Think it's friendly. Friendly in that it's American. I don't know if .... I don't think it's a government, employee type remote viewer, but it's an American remote viewer, a trained remote viewer. Possibly, it's been targeted by the West Coast. PAUSE +30 #01: Very, very heavy feeling of being blocked. I don't understand .... ..... that, but there's something actively blocking this. PAUSE #14: All right #01, I have no further questions for you at this time. Is there anything else you would like to add? #01: No. #14: Okay. 4 orenrt Approved For Release 2000008/0711CIA-RDP96-00788R000500910001-7
Approved For Release 2000/08/07 ET J0-00788R000500910001-7 #01: Okay. I've drawn the two rooms here, together. Dotted line signify the divider type walls, and they partition off like office areas. They have desks, and cabinets, and filing things, and that sort of thing. I've got the vault wall or the vault door drawn in on the one wall. I get a feeling like this is some kind of an environment, special environment area, because the walls are shielded and all that sort of stuff. You know. It's hermetically sealed type room. And, I marked in what I call silver cases, and some kind of a table or shelf with an object at one end, and then another elongated object down at the bottom. The overall feeling I have for the front room is a CI operations, evaluation center of some kind. That's about it. And, I marked the entry. #14: Tell me more about this unusual tasking we gave you to determine if there had ever been another remote viewer in this area. #01: Okay. I was trying to ... I asked myself the question, and I waited for the answer, and .... my first, my gut reaction answer was, was no. But, I was waiting to make sure that that was correct, and I got the feeling that the "no" was put there with deliberateness. That there had been a remote viewer in the area before, and I was being blocked, deliberately blocked. I don't know how to explain that feeling, except that it was almost an overpowering, an abnormally overpowering desire to say "no." Not desire, an over, overwhelmingly powerful message that the answer was "no" In reality I felt the answer was, I personally felt it was yes. But, I was getting this message that, whatever you do, you say "no" So, I said, "Yes." Then, I was just trying to decide whether it was friendly or foe and I didn't get any foe feeling at all. It may be that no remote viewers are foe. I don't know. #14: Yes. That's an interesting thought. #01: But, I thought about it, and waited for the answer again. And, I was of the impression that it was probably an American remote viewer from afar ... from distance, a great deal of distance from where this is. And, that's essentially it. #14: Okay. I have no further questions. Approved For Release 200 orenes OCUNEA-RDP96-00788R000500910001-7
