NOT RELEASABLE TO FOREIGH NATIONALS
(1) (S) There is a steel suspension bridge in the area, very much like
one you would expect to find in San Francisco or New York.
(2) (S) To the left of the building described as the Subjects location,
there is a harbor, a bay or river area. Source stated the distance to the
water was one mile, but in his drawing (attached) he indicated a distance
of two city blocks.
(3) (S) Going away from the front of the building in which the Subject
is located, the buildings get progressively smaller. To the rear of the
building, there are bigger, office type buildings, with some kind of light
industry such as light electronics or watch making.
(4) (S) The Source stated that there are a lot of people walking on the
side streets, areas looking very much like a French street scene, with people
eating and drinking at sidewalk cafe's.
(5) (S) Source states there are outside art displays on the sidewalk.
(6) (S) There are round shaped objects little larger than telephone
booths (3-4 foot diameters).
(7) (S) People in the area are described by the Source as being over
40 in average age, a few younger and dressed casually. The Men are wearing
business type suits, but are not immaculate in dress, suits are slightly
wrinkled, more than two years old. The older men are not overly concerned
about their appearance. They are holding their meetings outside rather than
in board rooms.
(8) (S) The weather is generally descirbed as being short sleeve weather,
fairly warm, trees are green, there is humidity and an early morning mist
following an earlier light rain.
d. (S) When questioned about his nationality, the Source stated that he
felt the Subject was from the Eastern Mediterranean area, e.g., Greece or
Turkey.
e. (S) When questioned about where in the world this location is, the
Source stated that he felt it was at first somewhere in Arabia, but had more
of an appearance of being in the Southeastern United States area, e.g., the
Northern or Northeast coast line of Florida.
f. (S) The Source was questioned about his general feeling about the
Subject, what the Subjects personality was like, what he does for a living,
etc., and the following information was then provided:
(1) (S) Subject is described as being closely associated to weapons, and
is hence seen as a very dangerous person.
(2) (S) He is described as a man who is very guarded about what he does
or is going to do, generally in conflict (mental) with himself.

Or at least that he perceives so.
(4) (S) He acts like a business man. He wants everyone to believe he
is a business man, and has some background training in business.
Straight
business management bores him, although he utilizes his business background
to aid him in his more exciting or greater risk occupation.
(5) (S) He appears to be extremely strong willed, cool, and thrives on
challenge. He particularly likes the excitement of being personnally threat-
ened. He has no close friends and doesn't want to share anything which may
make him more vulnerable.
(6) (S) He is constantly on guard, always protecting himself against
compromise.
(7) (S) He has no close friends.
(8) (S) He has a gamblers personality. Thrives on high risk.

states that he does not know what the Subject does for a living, but that
he does utilize his business background.

g. (S) One additional comment was reported by the Source, but was not
clearly stated other than out of context. Source reported the Subject as

by the shotgun, but could not say how or why the Subject would possess such
a weapon.
