(S)
In general, the results of this project are inconclusive due to
difficulty in establishing detailed locations of subject after the fact.
Recommend that this project, therefore, be terminated. Further, recommend
that if this line of endeavor is continued, an impersonal subject be chosen
as the target, and that the time of sessions be coordinated in advance to
insure accurate data is available for evaluation of reports.

Subject:
Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to
(S) Project 8016-CD 17
a.
Of the three initial reports which were reviewed, this one had the most
promise. Although the information contained in each paragraph was considered
highly probable, it can not be confirmed at this time because the Subject was on
travel

b.
The source of this investigation on
should be encouraged to
continue because there are a good deal of accurate comments which were made by
him.
c.
In the future, the date and time of the session should be a part of the
report.
Without this information, it is virtually impossible to assess the
information.

Subject: Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to
SGFOIAU
(S), Project 8016-CD 19.
a.
The only part of this report which had any possibilities was the
information provided in para 1.c. Asside from that, nothing else was felt to be
accurate.
b. Again, Subject was on travel during this period which makes assessment
very difficult.
c.
The information in paragraph 1.c. above applies.
(S)
3.
Subject:
Summary of Unconfirmed Source Information Pertaining to
SGFOIA3
Project 8016-CD 22
a.
It is felt that nothing in this report is accurate.
b.
Subject was on travel during this session; therefore, information can not
be confirmed at this time.
c.
Information in paragraph 1.c above again applies.
4.
(S)
Subject: Summary Analysis and Transcript of RV Session CD-38, Project 8016.
a.
This information showed some promise, but once again is difficult to
evaluate the accuracy of physical details because Subject was in a travel
status at that time.
b.
On page 2 of transcript, the area of expertise being described as "scientific"
was basically accurate, and the interviewer encouraged/prompted viewer to continue
along this line.
(Whether interviewer unduly incouraged viewer is debatable. )
However, the trail then led to "electronics" which is not accurate.
c.
Page 3 of transcript is accurate in that area of concern is the upgrading
of the "state of the art" but it does not pertain to electronics, i.e. "electricity"
and"red light" are not in area of interest.
