1. (U) The following information applies:
a. (S) The first source reported a very large rectangular building
at the above coordinates. This structure is located on a rise of ground
which is not very high, but approached by a curved road leading up the
rise. The building is reported to have blank walls with no windows.
Collocated with the above building are five or six loaf shaped buildings
very close together with peaked roofs, also having no windows, but with
horizontal slot type openings at each end. Source stated that there is
expected to be no activity occuring at the site approximately 0800 hours
on 22 May 1980. He stated that the structures are not fully occupied
because there were no people prosent, the hallways are empty, and very

b. (S) The second source reported a large cleared area (rocky and
bleak looking) surrounded by a double apron chain link fence. In the
center he reported a very small T-shaped building with a large pole next
to it. He reported no windows in the building, and stated that it appeared
the structure was constructed to hold and/or hide something. He described
the general condition of the structure as looking like a construction job
which had not been finished, although it still appeared fully operational.
The Source stated that it was completely deserted, there was no on-going
activity, there were no people present or apparent at the site.
