Moffatt, Commander, Special Operations Task Force Europe, at HQ,
EUCOM, departing not later than 18002 hours, 18 January 19.82, for
a period not to exceed three weeks, purpose of TDY is liaison in
support of HQDA, PROJECT WINTER HARVEST (U). Department of the
Army will provide all necessary funding.

and DAMO-OD project officers
on 14 January 1982 indicated that liaison would significantly
improve the flow of information between Europe and Washington, D.C.,
relating to this project.
