Request for GRILLFLAME Briefing
After receiving your briefing on the status of your
GRILLFLAME project, I believe this effort is of interest to
other organizations within CIA which are responsible for
HUMINT support and collection. Accordingly, it is requested
that Colonel Watt give the previously mentioned briefing to
the following senior CIA management personnel :
Mr. David S. Brandwein, Director of Technical Service;
Deputy Director of Technical
Service;
Chief, Applied Technology Group,
Office of Technical Service;
Office of Technical Service;
Chief, Advanced Concepts Division,
Office of Research and Development.
It would be appreciated if Colonel Watt could give the
briefing at 1030 hours, 27 December, in Mr. Frandwein's
office, Room 203, South Building, 2430 E Street, Washington,
D. C. More detailed instructions on the building's loca-
tion can be obtained by calling
