The major activities included more remote reviewing
experiments and preparation for a complete battery of
medical tests. Remote viewing experiments between Mr.
Price in San Francisco and Dr. Puthoff in Costa Rica
were performed. These data are currently being evaluated
but appears to have some good information but mostly
noise. A suggested protocol for operational remote
viewing experiment has been formulated. It is expected
that an operation oriented remote veiwing experiment of
a real target will be completed during the month of July.
Data on an electrically recorded pendalum experiment has
been accumulated for the past month. The data is
suggestive of positve psychokinetic interaction for a
definitive result.
Medical tests of the subjects are being arranged
at the Palo Alto Environmental Medical Facility.
This
is a large medical clinic which specializes in measure-
ments of the medical effects of unused environments such
as industrial noise, acceleration, etc. As such they
have the ability to test many functions and senses of
an individual well beyond the normal range. Also a
mood indication test card has been formulated to describe
the subjects before and after experiments. In general
the planning of medical and psychological tests appears
to be about complete and will be implemented.
